The American Home Recovery Fund,
was created to take advantage of the
tremendous buying oppurtunity that
is available to investors throughout
the country. The fund buys REO and
Short sale residential properties, and
either sells them for a quick
appreciation of capital or rents them
out to bring in steady cash flow.
The Fund pays a preferred return of 8% per year and is projecting 29.6% annually over the 3 year term, the fund also projects to have a 23.6% IRR.

The Fund will hand select each note
that is purchased and will only buy
in markets that fit our investment
criteria. The fund can purchase
notes on homes for less than 50% of
the homes current value. This
variance allows the fund to work with
the home owners to find the best
solution for each individual note and
to use the course of action that
brings the highest return to our
investors.
